What is your payment schedule?
To secure your booking I take a 25% booking deposit, and the remaining is due 3 days prior to your photoshoot.
Can you hold a date for me?
I’m sorry but I can't hold any dates. To be fair to everyone I can’t hold a date without a deposit. I accept bookings on a first served basis.
How long will my photoshoot take?
For most sessions I allow an hour, but they generally take around 45 minutes.
When will my images be ready?
All portrait sessions are generally available to download within 5 days of the session.
How will I receive my images?
When your images are ready you will receive an email from myself which directs you to your own private online gallery. All images are available to download in high resolution.
If I cancel my booking will I receive my deposit back?
Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit guarantees that I’ll hold the date exclusively for you and turn down all other enquiries for that date. However, I do understand that some situations are completely out of your control, in these cases I am happy to reschedule.
Are your digital files watermarked?
Nope! My images are not watermarked.
Do we receive the raw, unedited files?
Absolutely not – Editing is 50% of what makes your images look so great! I’ll never leave out any photos that you will want/need. If you feel I have missed delivering a photo, all you have to do is ask! I’m more than happy to check and send it over for you.
Do you deliver every image you shoot?
No, I do not. I eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery.
